Free Consultation
Choosing who is in your birthing space is a choice that should be made mindfully. During the one hour free consultation we will talk about how we could work together, what is important to you and how you envision working with a doula.
Phone & Email Support
Upon selecting me as your doula and signing a contract you have access to unlimited phone and email support.
Prenatal visits
The relationship with your doula should be based on trust and a deep feeling of safety. During our prenatal visits we will work together to help you feel strong and confident as you prepare for the birth of your baby. We will develop coping skills and pain management strategies to use in labor and explore fears and concerns related to birth and parenting. Because each family is unique, no two visits will look exactly the same. Birth plan development and resource referrals can also be included in prenatal appointments as needed.
As a Doula, I Do Not:

Labor Support
Once I join you in your birthing space I do not leave until your baby is born. I provide uninterrupted care in whatever setting you choose to bring your baby into the world. With gratitude and humility I offer emotional support, optimal positioning guidance and physical comfort. I encourage families to advocate for their needs and desires and fold myself in to the birth team, whomever that may include.
Healthy Nest Support
Need help turning your home into a baby friendly space? Changing habits? Helping siblings prepare for a new member of the family?
We can work together to individualize the supports that will feel most helpful to your family.This service can be included in prenatal visits or added for an hourly fee.

Postpartum follow-up visit
The postpartum visits with a doula are all about "mothering the mother" and helping facilitate physical and emotional healing and well-being. I enter your home with the goal of providing a space for you to talk about your birth experience, practical problem-solving and guidance related to caring for a newborn and will cook a deeply nourishing meal for your family. The postpartum visit will occur within two weeks of birth.
*additional postpartum doula support is available by the hour
Placenta Encapsulation and Art prints
I collect your placenta and safely process it into capsules to use in the postpartum period. A one of a kind art placenta print and cord keepsake are available and included in the overall fee. Includes pick up and delivery.
Tincture available for a small additional fee
Pricing:
Birth doula package: $1000
Postpartum doula: $25 per hour, 3 hr minimum
Placenta encapsulation and art print: $175
Healthy Nest Support: $45 per 90 minute session
